Her\u00eb pas here, pacient\u00ebt mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb dhimbje dhe ngurt\u00ebsi kur gjuri \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrkulur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, si p\u00ebr shembull kur jan\u00eb ulur.<\/div>\n<div>\n<strong>Si trajtohet?<\/strong><br \/>\nTrajtimi b\u00ebhet me fizioterapi. N\u00eb shum\u00eb raste, sindroma e dhimbjes patellofemurale p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet me pushimin e gjurit. Pacient\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb shmangin l\u00ebvizjet dhe sportet si vrapimi ose futbolli q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb ngarkes\u00eb t\u00eb tep\u00ebrt n\u00eb gju. Sportet si noti, \u00e7iklizmi dhe joga jan\u00eb alternativa t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit me dhimbje t\u00eb p\u00ebrparme t\u00eb gjurit.
